Waco: The Aftermath showcases the timeline and effects of the siege, covering the Branch Davideans on trial and uncovering the rise of Vernon Howell before his transformation into charismatic cult leader David Koresh.
This season digs into the dark underbelly of the aftermath and what happens when people lose faith in religion, people, and government, with unexpected connections to Timothy McVeigh and the Oklahoma City bombing on Waco’s anniversary.
A year in the works, it really took a village to capture the thought provoking heaviness of these historical events.
